With a heart-centered and focused presence, I welcome individuals and couples to bring their authentic selves into therapeutic sessions. Over two decades, I have dedicated myself to supporting people of diverse backgrounds, focusing on psychotherapy and embodied wellness.
I guide clients toward discovering a deeper sense of self and nurturing fulfilling relationships. Together we uncover needs and desires, on an empowered journey of acceptance and personal growth. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of systemic injustice within our social and economic systems, I offer compassionate support as clients navigate and overcome these obstacles to their well-being.
Based in the Boulder-Nederland community for over a decade, I am deeply connected to nature and find joy in spending time with my two teenage children. I love experiencing art, self-care, and ah-ha moments.

Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology
The path we walk to health and well-being is a collective one. As a counselor I welcome all parts of you and all of your experiences that led to this point. You are the expert in your own experience, together we can explore what may be going on for you and meet your experience with compassion and grace.
I utilize contemplative psychotherapy to bring an openness and curiosity into the therapy room, with an emphasis on the idea that within each of us we carry an innate goodness or brilliant wholeness. I strive to be of service for all people of all backgrounds and identities in the quest for a more just and equitable world.
I practice person centered, trauma informed, body focused therapy. I work with individuals, couples, adults and adolescents who are looking to explore areas such as anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress, high sensitivity, spirituality and spiritual abuse, LGBTQ+ identities, and substance abuse. My practice is informed by my own healing process as well as time spent in connection with nature and the earth.
In my free time I like to dance, meditate, do yoga, and spend time outdoors. I am looking forward to our time together.

I am dedicated to the transformative power of healing from within. My practice integrates research based mindfulness approaches, body-based therapies, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), focusing on harnessing the client’s innate wisdom.
I see therapy as a deliberate and gradual process that asks for patience and effort. My approach is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental environment in the therapy room, where clients feel secure enough to explore their inner landscapes.
I am committed to continuously learning and adapting in my therapy practice. Curiosity fuels my dedication to understanding each client’s unique experiences and tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy comedy, music, moving my body, community, and engaging in conversations with people in the sauna.
I look forward to working with you on your journey of healing and self discovery.

Jonathan Wagner, MA expected 2025
My approach to therapy centers on creating a safe, compassionate, and brave space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and somatic (physical) experience. My orientation is informed by here-and-now modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt. I find that so much healing and growth can occur simply by noticing, allowing, and getting curious about our experience in the present moment. My passion for helping others comes from my own experience growing up feeling unloved, unvalued, and unworthy – Now my desire is to support others the way my therapists supported me. In our sessions together, I bring: curiosity to help you learn more about yourself and your world; compassion to help you build resilience, wellbeing, and greater capacity for human connection; and vulnerability to support you in developing the freedom to show up in life authentically, without the need to wear a “mask.” Together we’ll walk the path toward the “you” you wish to be.
Julia Glosserman, MA expected 2025
Humans are wonderfully complex. We hold the capacity for a broad range of experience—beauty, pain, growth, bliss, grief. It is an honor to work alongside those willing to explore themselves. I resonate with the idea that we all hold the potential to unveil inner healing wisdom that can guide us towards authentic expression. I value making space for the exploration of complex and sometimes difficult emotions, while simultaneously honoring what brings you joy and purpose in life. My own interactions with grief have inspired me to support the others in their grieving process. Every journey is unique yet shares elements of catharsis and renewal even in the context of pain and loss.
Informed by mindfulness, Gestalt, and person-centered approaches to therapy, I am guided to support others on their path towards wholeness.
Other things that bring me joy are making art, time in nature, contemplative practice, and being silly.
